If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident, please consider us to take care of removing your vehicle from the scene.
Simply ask the police officer to call us. They will
comply. If you don't specify who handles your vehicle, a random company
will be chosen. Be sure to request IBX Towing.
We work with many police agencies in the area to clear accident scenes safely and efficiently, while minimizing further damage to vehicles, and working to restore the scene to its original condition.
We, when possible, bill the proper insurance company for our services and equipment. And we will make sure that your vehicle is safely stored in our secured lot until you can collect your personal items and belongings, or transport the vehicle to a repair faciltiy. If you do not have insurance to cover the services we provide we will work with you to settle our bill, in some cases you may pay us nothing.
Finally, if you do need our service,
we will be prompt, friendly, and will gladly accept a major credit card,
debit card, cash or personal check for payment of our services.
