If you had your vehicle impounded by us, here are few items of information to help you get your vehicle back:

Yard Fees:A $100.00 Fee PLUS 25% of the outstanding bill to "look at" or retrieve items from the vehicle.
Only the 25% of the yard fee charged will be applied to any outstanding bill if the vehicle is picked up at a future date.
If the vehicle's value is deemed lower than the outstanding bill or the vehicle has significant major damage the vehicle title may be required in addition to the yard fees.
If there is a hold by the impounding authority, that hold must be lifted and the release papers must be presented before any entry can be made into the lot.Example: The bill is $350.00, A yard fee of $187.50 must be paid. Leaving $262.00 still owed.
($350x25%=$87.50+$100.00=$187.50. $350-$87.50=262.50)
Storage:While we are under no obligation, we will often forgive the first 24 hours of storage. Customer attitude will be the final determination. After Hours Fees:
A $25.00 fee shall be applied to vehicles impounded or released outside of normal office hours of 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday.
If you fail to appear after making an after hours appointment you shall be charged the fee. If you make additional appointments, you will be charged additional fees.
Sales Tax:
A sales tax of 6.75% is levied on all impounded vehicles for all services.
Please call us before you come to pick up your vehicle and we will give you the total amount, along with any other items needed, to retrieve your vehicle.
